This is a maintenance service and it is available after we perform our Initial Deep Cleaning. For this service, we have a set flat rate per cleaning frequency while your contract is valid. We have 3 frequency options available to make sure our service fits your property and schedule needs. As a maintenance service, this cleaning does not include the inside of your appliances, windows, or inside of your cabinets, however, those can be included in regular service as an add-on service for an adjusted rate.

- Glass and mirrors cleaned and sparkled
- Dust top of door frames and doorknobs
- Furniture dusted and polished on top and sides where accessible
- All light fixtures and fan blades dusted

- Sinks and drain scrubbed, rinsed and buffed.
- Garden window above sink spot cleaned
- Range hood, exhaust fan, stove top and dripping-pans cleaned and sanitized
- Place Dirty Dishes in Dishwasher only (no rinsing included)
- Microwave oven cleaned inside and out
- Rinse Big items, pots and pans only (don't feet in dishwasher)
- Exterior of small appliances wiped down only (toaster, blender, etc.)
- Clean sliding glass doors
Bathroom
- Outside cabinets and knobs dusted and spot cleaned
- Tub and shower scrubbed, cleaned and sanitized
- All vanities, sinks, and countertops cleaned and sanitized
- Shower tile cleaned and sanitized
- All stainless steel and chrome fixtures cleaned and sanitized
- Clean tissue and towel holders
- Toilets cleaned and sanitized including base and rear
- 1 Set of Towels changed, if provided (must mention and arrange for it)
